Terms and Conditions
- Color Visions is not liable for damage caused by incorrect application of products.
- Color Visions guarantees that the goods meet the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the specification stated in the offer.
- Deliveries of goods are paid on the express order, unless otherwise agreed between Color Visions and the consumer.
- Color Visions will handle the execution of orders for goods as carefully as possible.
- The place of delivery is the home address of the consumer that was most recently made known to Color Visions, unless otherwise agreed.
- Color Visions will execute accepted orders expeditiously at least within 3 working days. If the delivery is temporarily or out of stock, or is delayed for other reasons, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will receive a message about this no later than 3 working days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order without costs.
- Color Visions is not liable for the risk of damage and/or loss of the delivery of Color Visions products by post.
- Color Visions is not liable for material damage and/or immaterial damage as a result of the use of the products ordered via this site.
- When purchasing Color Visions products, the consumer accepts the risk of material damage and immaterial damage and the consumer is personally liable for the financial consequences that they incur in the event of damage.
- The amounts owed by the consumer must be paid 100% before delivery.
- All our products have a delivery period of 30 days.
If you want to make use of our return policy, please follow the following steps:
1. Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Mention in the e-mail that you would like to return the contact lenses. Also state in the e-mail your full name, your order reference, date of receipt, the product details (colour, type, etc.) and the quantity you want to return.
2. You will receive an e-mail back with the address details to which you can return the products and the amount that you can receive back for the products. Send the products. (make sure the product(s) are sent in a sturdy envelope and the address is clearly stated. Colorvisions is not liable for lost returns.
3. The refund period in case of withdrawal is a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
- Costs for the return are for the consumer's own account.
- Only products with a value above 10 euros can be returned.
- Returned products must arrive unopened, clean and in good condition.
- We cannot take back opened products due to hygiene.
- Orders that have not yet been sent by us can always be canceled.
- The consumer can dissolve an agreement with regard to the purchase of a product during a reflection period of a maximum of 14 days without stating reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but not oblige him to state his reason(s).
